 Incline Dumb Bell Fly's

  • Techniques
    • Lie on a bench that  has an incline under 45deg.
    • Push your lowerback into  the bench push the weights inline with nipples up and control down movement. 
    • Open hands to face each other. Not too heavy weight, concentrate on stretch.
