Accessing your training program.
Your treaining schedule will be the firs screen after you login. This screen will give you options to access your personal fitness program as well a links to your reports.
If you are a registerd trainer you will be able to acsess your training scedule and have the oppertunity to update or print your training program.
- Here is a summery of information how to access your training scedule.
- On the first screen you will see your training schedule.
- This training schedule will show the next training schedule since your last update.
- The date of the schedule will be on the top of the page (1)
- Printing your training schedule.
- You will also be able to print a daily schedule to take with you when you train. (2)
- A weekly schedule is also available to print out and take with when you are unable to access your computer. (3)
- You will daily receive e-mails from iFitness with your daily training schedule for the next day.
- To successfully complete your training schedule we have included video clips on our website to familiarise you on the correct training process.
