iFitness Distance Report Demo
The Distance Report shows you the distance you have traveled doing one exercise in relation to the distance your trainer has given you for that training program.
After speaking with you, your trainer will assign a "Distance in Kilometers" to your training program for each day / action that requires it. You will then input your actual distance traveled for that day / action, and a graph and report will show you the difference between the two.
You are also able to go back and view your distance report since the first day you started training to get an idea of how close you are getting to the actual distance you are required to complete in that days training.
