One arm tricep ext.

  • Gym Technique.
    • Stand behind a short upright bench, feet shoulder width appart, take a DB in one hand, straighten arm above your head, lock elbow, slowly let the weight come down behind your head as you keep the elbow in the same position, bend as far as possible, then push the weight up with palm of the hand leading the way till you reach the locked elbow position again.
