Power Cleans.

  • Gym Technique.
    • Take a straight bar, bar must rest on the floor, stand in a deep squat position holding the bar, straight bar, straight arms at elbow,
    • Pull the weight up with an explosive movement of the legs,
      • then pulling with shoulders, leading the pulling movement with your elbows,
      • lift as high as possible, then flick the elbows down,
      • placing the bar on the front part of the deltoids and resting the bar on the shoulders,
      • as you place the bar on shoulders make sure to do a squat action in order to catch the bar and control downward movement with the legs.
