iFitness kilojules report demonstration
The Kilojules Report shows you how many kilojules you have burnt on a specific task in your daily training program.
After speaking with you, your trainer will assign the target amount of kilojules you have to burn during your training program for each day. You will then input your actual kilojules burnt for that day, and a graph and report will show you the difference between the two.
You are also able to go back and view your kilojules report since the first day you started training to get an idea of how much more efficient your body has become.
