iFitness pulse report demonstration
The Pulse Report shows you how your heart is performing and getting stronger as time progresses and on a specific task in your daily training program.
After speaking with you, your trainer will assign a target pulse while you are training and a target pulse after you have finished your training session for each day. You will then input your actual pulse before, during and after your training for that day, and a graph and report will show you the difference between target and actual values.
You are also able to go back and view your pulse report since the first day you started training to get an idea of how much more efficient your heart has become.
