Rugby Conditioning.
The correct fitness conditioning for the rugby season is imperative to achieve the best results and curb injuries. At iFitness Francois Venter our Rugby instructor have prepared a serious of exercises on the rugby field to prepare you for the rugby season. These exercises will be available for all registered Rugby trainees.

It is VERY Important to do all these Circuits with Rugby Boots and ALWAYS have a Rugby Ball with you!
This will prepare you for the season we are working for, improve skill and handling and give you the opportunity to be the BEST YOU CAN BE!
