iFitness time report demonstration
The Time Report shows you the time you spent on one exercise in relation to the time your trainer has given you to complete that exersize.
After speaking with you, your trainer will assign a "time to complete" to your training program for each day / action. You will then input your actual time spent for that day, and a graph and report will show you the difference between the two.
You are also able to go back and view your time report since the first day you started training to get an idea of how close you are getting to the actual time you are required to complete that days training.
