  • Achieve Western Province colours from age 7 to age 18. 
  • Win SA camp every year up to age 17. 
  • Achieve SA schools Colours at age of 15. 
  • At age 16 competed in the senior Netbank camp at Stelenbosch in the 200m. Achieve 5th place between 8 other women. Evette de Klerk achieved 1st place.
  • After matric went to SA woman Military Collage at George and achieved SA military colors (1989 Military Collage sportswoman of the year)

    Univ of Stellenbosch. Win SA sports camp

    Did not participate in sport. 
  • 1993 
    Moved to Gauteng and trained with Stephane Kotze - Germiston.

    Springbok Colours. SA camp 200m en 400m, 4jr unchallenged. 
  • 1996 - 1997 
    Represent SA at the SA camp Commonwealth Games, World Games and Olympic Games. Top 10 in the world. 
  • 1997 
    Australia: Train with Australian athletes and study at Narabeen Institute of Sport.  (Speed and conditioning training, Sport management)

    Return to SA. Competed and participate in SA.
  • 2000
    Did not participate in sport due to injury and pregnancy.
