  • Also awarded Witteberg High School Cross country woman of the year award from 1997- 2001.
  • Victrix Ladorum 2000/2001 of Witteberg High School.
  • Received prestige awards from Bethlehem Mayor in 2000, for contribution to sport achievements national and provincial. 
  • Received USSASA sport awards from Dept of Education for sport achievements 2000.
  • Received award from the Free State Sport writers Association in Bloemfontein, during the
    South-African Sport women/man awards 2001, as one of the most promising sport stars
    of the Free-State.
  • During the year 2000 to 2001, received provincial colours in six different sports.
  • Placed by SISA in an development program, by Dr Deborah Hoare who were responsible for the Australian Olympic Team 2000.
  • Received a Elite licence from Triathlon South-Africa.
  • Received honorary award from Tuks for sport achievements 2002.
  • Sport women of the year of Jasmyn 2002.
  • Received one of only three prestige awards, awarded annually from 2004 Rentmeester Tuks for triathlon.
  • Received honorary colours from the University for achievements in 2002 to 2004.
  • University of Pretoria students sports woman of the year 2004
  • Ended 2nd in the under 23 elite division in the African triathlon series.
  • Been awarded and  selected to represent South Africa at various  World Championships from 2000- 2005

  • Currently acting as Sales coordinator of the High Performance centre of The University of Pretoria, Tuks Sport
  • Bachelors degree Sport Science student at the University of Pretoria.
  • ASA athletics coaching course in middle distance level 1.
  • Attended a injury strapping course , presented by the University .
  • Coached cross country at St Mary Domestic school for girls,
  • Also coaching the swimming squad of Skuilkrans Primary school and Woodhill Colledge and Akasia Primary
  • Gave spinning classes at Spinning Dynamics studio in 2002.
  • Acting as Mentor at High Performance Centre 2004 to 2006.
  • Working in High Performance Gym as fitness coordinator and or receptionist.
  • Worked as Volunteer  at both  NOCSA Olympic Training Camps.
  • Swimming coach coordinator at Akasia primary school and Woodhill college
