iFitness weight report demonstration
The Weight Report shows you how your weight has gone down or up during the course of your training.
After speaking with you, your trainer will assign a target weight to your training program for each day. You will then input your actual weight for that day, and a graph and report will show you the difference between the two.
You are also able to go back and view your weight report since the first day you started training to get an idea of how much you have lost or gained depending on your situation.
